TRANSLATION NOTICE

Please be aware that I use a translation application to assist with both reading and writing messages.

GENERAL TERMS

Commissioned work is intended for personal use only.

If you are interested in commercial use, monetization, or content distribution, please consult with me in advance.

The use of commissions for hate speech, defamation, discriminatory content, or any unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

We will respond to inquiries within 7 days at the latest.

Please note that there may be cases where I decline commission requests.

If you do not receive a response within 7 days, please consider that your request has been declined.

DISCLAIMER ON LISTED PRICES

The listed prices are intended for individual clients. For corporate clients, a separate quotation will be provided.
The prices indicated herein are for reference purposes only and are subject to adjustment based on factors such as production complexity and required workload. Final fees shall be determined following a review of the full scope and specifications of the request.
It is considered unjust to unilaterally reduce the agreed-upon amount for any reason after a contract has been established.

PAYMENTS

A quote will be provided individually based on the content of your request.

Payment must be made in full (100%) via PayPal within 5 days of invoice issuance. Depending on the nature of your request, alternative payment methods may be considered upon consultation.

Work will begin once payment has been confirmed.
If the payment deadline is missed, the request may be cancelled.

For high-budget commissions, installment payments may be available upon prior consultation. As an example, payment may be split into two parts:
50% at the time of request, and the remaining 50% before the Final Work begins.
Please note that full payment must be completed before the Final Work stage. Work cannot proceed beyond this point until all payments have been confirmed.
If you wish to use an installment plan, an additional fee of 5–10% will be added to the total amount. This surcharge may vary depending on the total cost and the number of installments. (Example: One-time payment: $300 / Two-part installment: $160 + $160)
Please note that refusal to accept or delaying payment for the commissioned work, based solely on personal dissatisfaction, is not permitted.

REVISIONS

Multiple revisions will be accepted during the 1st Draft phase, during which a simple rough sketch will be submitted.

Once the 1st Draft is finalized, up to three revisions will be accepted in the 2nd Draft phase.

No revisions will be accepted after the Final Work has been completed.

Please note that significant changes or requests for additional revisions may incur extra fees.

For orders placed in the “Surprise Me” format, the no-revision policy will apply accordingly, and no meetings or progress reports will be provided.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

The standard delivery period is between 10 to 30 days.Please note that the standard delivery timeframe may vary depending on the request content or scheduling workload.

If delays in progress occur, I will notify you promptly.

For urgent deliveries or requests with strict deadlines, an additional fee may apply. Please consult with me in advance.

USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The copyright of the completed work belongs entirely to ratunitu.

Commissioned works are for personal use only. Redistribution, reposting, tracing, and claiming the work as your own are strictly prohibited.

For commercial use (e.g., merchandise, monetized streaming, publication), a separate license fee and written agreement are required.

Inquiries regarding copyright transfer are also accepted. (Please note that additional fees will apply for copyright transfer.)

When using or reposting the work, please include credit to ratunitu.

Do not edit, alter, or remove the artist’s signature without permission.

The work may be published in my portfolio or on social media.

If you wish to keep the work private, an NDA is required.

The NDA covers all aspects of the commission, including rough drafts, final deliverables, and content details.

AI & NFT RESTRICTIONS

The use of commissioned works for AI training data, as well as the sale or distribution of the works as NFTs, is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

If the cancellation occurs before production has begun, a full refund will be issued.

If the cancellation occurs after the 1st Draft phase, a partial refund will be issued based on the progress made and the proportion of work completed.

Cancellations after the Final Work phase are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

If production becomes impossible due to circumstances on my end (e.g., illness, emergencies, violation of terms), a full refund will be issued.

If the client violates the terms of service, ratunitu reserves the right to cancel the commission.

COMMUNICATION

Communication will be conducted via VGen messages, email, or X (Twitter) DM, and platforms such as Discord.

Please note that replies from the creator during the commission process may take more than 2–3 days depending on the schedule. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is no response from the client for more than 10 days, the request may be considered cancelled.

🔸基本利用規約

• ご依頼作品は個人利用の範囲内でのご使用を前提としております。
• 商用利用・収益化・配信等での使用をご希望の場合は、事前にご相談ください。
• ヘイトスピーチ・誹謗中傷・差別表現・その他違法行為への使用は固くお断りいたします。
• お問い合わせには、原則として7日以内にご返信いたします。
• 内容によっては、ご依頼をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。
• 7日以内に返信がない場合は、ご依頼をお受けできなかったものとご理解ください。

🔸価格に関する免責事項

• 表示価格は、個人のお客様向けの金額でございます。法人のお客様につきましては、別途お見積もりをさせていただきます。
• 表示されている価格は参考価格です。制作の複雑さや作業量に応じて調整される場合があります。
• 最終的な料金は、ご依頼内容の全体的な範囲および詳細な仕様を確認した上で決定されます。
• 契約にて取り決めた金額を、いかなる理由であっても一方的に減額する行為は、不当です。

🔸お支払いについて

• お見積りは、ご依頼内容に応じて個別にご提示いたします。
• お支払いは**PayPal経由での一括前払い（100%）**にて、請求書発行から5日以内にお願いいたします。
• ご相談の内容によっては、ご希望のお支払い方法に対応させていただける場合がございます。
• ご入金確認後に制作を開始いたします。
• お支払い期限を過ぎた場合、ご依頼はキャンセルとなる可能性があります。
• 高額のご依頼に限り、事前のご相談により分割でのお支払いも可能の場合がございます。（お支払いの例：ご依頼時に50%、清書着手前に残りの50%。）
  ※清書着手前までに全額のお支払いをお願いいたします。ご入金が確認できるまで、作業を進行することはできません。
• 分割払いをご希望の場合、総額に対して5〜10%の手数料が加算されます。加算額は、金額や分割回数により変動いたします。（例：一括払い：300ドル ／ 分割2回払い：160ドル＋160ドル）
• ご依頼作品にご納得いただけないという理由による受け取りの拒否や、報酬のお支払いを故意に引き延ばす行為は、ご遠慮いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

🔸リテイク・修正対応について

• ラフ提案段階では、複数回の修正に対応可能です（簡易ラフを数点提示）。
• ラフ提案確定後は、下描段階で最大3回までの修正に対応いたします。
• 清書段階～納品以降の修正は一切お受けできません。
• 大幅な変更や追加の修正をご希望の場合は、追加料金が発生することがあります。
• 「Skeb」形式のご依頼では、修正工程や進捗報告の工程はございません。

🔸納期・納品について

• 通常の納品期間は10〜30日です。
• ご依頼内容やスケジュールにより、納期が前後する場合がございます。
• 制作進行に遅れが生じる場合は、速やかにご連絡いたします。
• お急ぎの納品や納期指定のあるご依頼は追加料金の対象となる場合があります。事前にご相談ください。

🔸使用権・著作権について

• 完成作品の著作権はすべてratunituに帰属します。
• ご依頼作品は個人使用に限り許可されており、再配布・転載・トレース・自作発言・NFT化等は禁止されています。
• 商用利用（例：グッズ化、有料配信、出版等）の場合は、別途ライセンス料と書面による合意が必要です。
• 著作権譲渡のご相談も承ります。（※別料金となります）
• 作品を掲載・転載される際は、必ずratunituのクレジット表記をお願いいたします。
• 作者の署名の無断改変・削除は禁止とさせていただきます。
• 制作作品は、ポートフォリオやSNS等に掲載する場合があります。
• 非公開をご希望の場合はNDA（秘密保持契約）の購入が必要です。 NDAは、完成前・完成品・依頼内容すべてを対象とします。

🔸AI・NFT関連の禁止事項

• ご依頼作品をAI学習用データとして使用すること、およびNFTとして販売・配布することはいかなる場合も禁止とさせていただきます。

🔸返金・キャンセルポリシー

• 制作前のキャンセルについては全額返金いたします。
• 制作開始以降のキャンセルは、進行状況に応じた割合での一部返金となります。
• 清書段階～納品後のキャンセルについては、返金不可となります。ご了承ください。
• 病気・災害・規約違反など、当方の都合により制作継続が困難となった場合は全額返金いたします。
• クライアント側にてTOS違反が確認された場合、ratunituは依頼をキャンセルする権利を保有します。

🔸コミュニケーションについて

• ご連絡は、VGenメッセージ・メール・X（Twitter）DM・ディスコード等にて対応いたします。
• 進行中の返信には、スケジュールにより2〜3日以上のお時間をいただく場合がございます。ご了承ください。
• クライアントから10日以上ご連絡がない場合、依頼はキャンセルと見なされる場合があります。
